Grant & Cheryl Windle

After pioneering and leading C3 Westside in West End, Brisbane for 15 years, in 2009 they transitioned the leadership of this church, plus a multi-million-dollar debt free building to the next generation as their son Ben Windle took the reigns as Senior Pastor. This became a thriving church called Lifeplace. In 2022, Lifeplace transitioned to become an ISee church in Brisbane’s south.

After a time of sabbatical, they formed ‘Church Advance’, a ministry to assist pastors and churches and for the next seven years they spent travelling and living in United States working with major faith communities. A highlight of this seven year period was working under Pastor Erwin McManus of Mosaic in Los Angeles for a year as volunteer Pastors.

Whilst working as a wellness coach at the Banyans, a private health retreat, Grant and Cheryl were invited to be the new Senior Pastors of what was Hope City Church in 2020. They accepted the role as the church underwent a legal entity and name change.
